Subject: [PATCH] docs: open the org profile with the commit policy as code
 line

"Commit policy as code for teams and AI agents" is the line the project
is putting at the front of its public copy: the org profile, the READMEs,
PyPI, the Action, the MCP server and the site. It sits above the
existing tagline, which still says what the tools do.
