No worries, figured out we can use Transaction API to create items. However not able to create with unit cost or update, do you by chance know if that's possible?

Yes everything is possible. It's just insanely tricky to sometimes figure out. Recently I had a lot more success by working through it using OpenAI's Codex. Feed this github repo as a source to Codex or Claude Code and then use something like HTTPie or another API testing tool to develop your own understanding of if something will work or not.
