Simplify Brain dashboard to agents and workflows

Summary

Brain's dashboard duplicated operational state owned by other organs and buried its agent directory. Make Agents & workflows the first content section, focus the main prompt on unspecified tasks and routing, show only overnight exceptions, and combine upkeep and hygiene under Maintenance with a CI-speedup action linked to Heart.

Remove the community shortcut/section, readiness/release, version consistency, resume, autonomous-run history, attention/trend banner, redundant repository link and global Degraded section. Retire morning sync, its timer installer and wake-up skill, including checked-in discovery. Independent local publication and sync/cleanup commands remain available.

API Changes

No scientific library API changes. The board's deprecated JSON keys remain empty for reader compatibility; the shared state schema is unchanged. Brain feeds now describe overnight coordination rather than duplicating other organs' verdicts. Removed private collectors have no production callers. Shared theme and Update-service code are unchanged.

Test Plan

• Full Brain suite: 1,250 passed, one environment-dependent failure from inherited PYAUTO_MIND; isolated grouped-checkout rerun without that override: 4 passed, including the failed test.
• Browser navigation, keyboard activation, copy controls, no page overflow: 10 cases at 390/768/820/1024/1440px in light/dark modes.
• Generated agent surface, Brain project discovery, tenant firewall and git diff whitespace checks.
• HTML/Markdown retired-section absence, retained action payloads, machine-feed compatibility and read-only collection covered by tests.
• No downstream scientific API impact; board browser and feed checks provide the applicable smoke coverage.

Migration

Morning sync and wake-up no longer exist. Existing installations should disable pyauto-morning.timer or remove the marked pyauto-morning crontab entry before updating, then reinstall skills to prune stale managed links. No replacement background task is installed.

Brain local observations: pyauto-brain board publish.
Heart local evidence: pyauto-heart tick, followed on success by pyauto-heart publish.
Opening or refreshing a cloud dashboard does not run local synchronization or observe local checkouts.
