Summary
Add Broca's Pages dashboard to the shared board navigation, replacing its unhosted registration. Existing boards pick up the link when next rendered; update the navigation order tests and ownership documentation.
Companion deployment: PyAutoLabs/PyAutoBroca#3. Merge after the Broca Pages deployment is live.
API Changes
None — adds the Broca link to the existing public board mapping.
Test Plan
Human requested Pages deployment and authorized the coordinated Brain changes and all merges. Ship-time Heart YELLOW reason is the same previously acknowledged manifest-drift warning; no release action.
