The B3 wave-1 pilot (autofit_inference#4) flips the row to active and opens projects/autofit_inference.md with cortex.py new. The pilot stopped at 223 of 520 runs under the B3 wrap-up ruling; the rest is wave 2 on RAL partition ral. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
