Campaign decisions currently disappear into task and project history. Add a flat Decision History disclosure immediately below Results, with named links opening canonical GitHub Markdown records in a new tab. Both boards can reference one record spanning repositories and datasets.
The existing check-in procedure now recognizes “record this decision”: summarize campaign context, cited evidence, alternatives, the human choice, implications and revisit conditions. Preserve superseded decisions. Empty indexes are intentional; the example NNLS title is not fabricated as a real decision.

release validation incomplete: no rehearsal for current source.Refs #21. Approved glance plan, merge on green with witness; paired organ PR and no library dependency. Decisions record human choices without authorizing compute or implementation.
