firewall gate: grade shared standards universally on cloned mains (#474) - #476

All 46 registered repos now carry the generated shared-standards block on main (the last two, PyAutoArray#614 and euclid_strong_lens_modeling_pipeline#110, merged). Remove the staged-rollout --skip "shared-standards blocks (generated)" from both broad drift-check legs so the standards leg is graded on every cloned main like every other leg. The hermetic generator tests and the Mind-owned --repo PyAutoMind check stay. Tests pinning the old skip now pin its absence. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Restores universal shared-standards grading in the Tenant Firewall Gate now that the staged rollout is complete: 46/46 destinations carry the generated block on main.
Part of #474 (generator #475). The last two destinations merged as PyAutoLabs/PyAutoArray#614 (f2ced12e) and PyAutoLabs/euclid_strong_lens_modeling_pipeline#110 (c22fda97).
Changes
.github/workflows/firewall_gate.yml: drop--skip "shared-standards blocks (generated)"from both broad drift-check legs (the hook/filing leg now starts fromskip=()), remove the "Standards scope" echoes, and rewrite the "Standards rollout is staged across consumer PRs (feat: generate shared standards discovery across registered repos #474)" comment and the header note to say standards are graded universally on the cloned mains. The hermetic generator test step and the Mind-owned--repo PyAutoMindcheck are kept.tests/test_repos_sync_standards_block.py,tests/test_session_hook_sync.py: tests that pinned the old skip now pin that it is gone.Universal completion audit (on mains)
I built a scratch root of 46 detached worktrees of
origin/main, one per repo inrepos.yaml, in the canonical grouped layout. Results:repos_sync.py --check --only "shared-standards blocks (generated)": 46 of 46 selected registered repos checked out, OK. No deferred targets remain.--check: every leg OK.The broad gate clones only Mind, Brain, Heart and Hands. All four mains carry the block, as the audit above shows.
Local tests
test_mind_owns_an_exact_generated_block, fails only because the worktree directory is namedPyAutoMind-firewall(KeyError onMIND.name). It passes when the same tree sits in a directory namedPyAutoMind.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
