The Decision helper now uses AI SDK experimental_decide with decision models from the OpenRouter provider, replacing hand-written fetch calls.

Decision models are configured only one way, in codecept.conf.js:

I.decideVisually uses a separate model with image input, set as visualModel: openrouter.evaluationModel('cloudflare/clef').

Changes

• ai.decisionModel.model and visualModel take AI SDK decision models. If one is missing, the step fails with an error that shows the config above.
• Statements are sent as boolean questions.
• Breaking: these are removed:
  • the provider and apiKey options;
  • model ID strings;
  • default models.
• Breaking: ai is bumped from ^6 to 7.0.132 (pinned), because experimental_decide requires v7. From 7.0.133 on, experimental_decide wraps state into SDK parts that @openrouter/ai-sdk-provider 3.1.0 forwards untranslated, which breaks screenshot input. Unpin once the OpenRouter provider supports the new state format. Users who bring their own @ai-sdk/openai or @ai-sdk/anthropic for ai.model need provider versions compatible with ai@7.
• @openrouter/ai-sdk-provider is a dev dependency. Users install it themselves, like other AI SDK providers.
• Behavior is otherwise unchanged:
  • No retries (maxRetries: 0), and the timeout still applies.
  • Connection failures and timeouts raise a retryable DecisionConnectionError. HTTP errors fail the step and report the status and body.
  • decideVisually still sends the screenshot.
• Missing answers are now caught by the SDK, so the error message changed to "Decision must return exactly one answer for every question."
