Gives edera/6.18-lts its own copy of the rebase automation edera/mainline carries, set up for this tree:

  • kernel-nightly.yml: rebases edera/6.18-lts onto stable.git linux-6.18.y. It has workflow_dispatch only, because a schedule here would never fire (schedules run from the default branch). Its concurrency group is kernel-nightly-edera/6.18-lts, so it runs alongside the mainline rebase instead of queueing behind it.
  • rebase-land.yml: approving a rebase/edera-6.18-lts/... pull request lands it.
  • Skill: the fix audit covers the stable delta, where every commit is a fix.
  • Scripts, tests, upstream-rebase.yml and the self-test are identical to mainline's apart from comments. Changes to them need to land in both trees.

The nightly schedule comes from a separate trigger workflow on edera/mainline (the companion PR). Merge this one first. The GitHub App also needs permission to bypass protection on edera/6.18-lts.

Current state: edera/6.18-lts is on v6.18.52 with 78 Edera commits; stable is at 6.18.55.

Give edera/6.18-lts its own copy of the rebase automation that
edera/mainline carries, set up for this tree: kernel-nightly.yml rebases
edera/6.18-lts onto stable.git linux-6.18.y, rebase-land.yml lands
approved rebase/edera-6.18-lts/... pull requests, and the skill audits
the stable delta, where every commit is a fix.

Scheduled workflows run only from the default branch, so this copy has
no schedule. A trigger on edera/mainline dispatches it nightly by path.
Its concurrency group is per tree so it runs alongside the mainline
rebase.
