Motivation
rs check --fixskips formatting when lint or type errors remain, even though lint fixes may have changed files and introduced formatting issues.Changes
Always run formatting after lint fixes, while preserving a non-zero exit code if either step fails. Add regression coverage for partially fixed files and remaining type errors, and update the English and Chinese docs.
Disable disk caching in the doc reload test fixtures to prevent dev server processes from contending for the same cache in CI.
Validated with
pnpm build,pnpm --filter rstack build:native,pnpm check,pnpm test(423 passed, 1 skipped), andpnpm check:spell.
