Why
Finishes the shared-standards discovery rollout (PyAutoLabs/PyAutoMind#474; generator PyAutoLabs/PyAutoMind#475). This repo was one of the two destinations deferred at the 44/46 close-out because of an unrelated active claim; the human approved shipping this instruction-only change alongside that claim (it does not touch AGENTS.md).
